June 19, 2007 <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, June 19, 2007. <br />Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chair Sandra L. Bowden and Commissioners <br />Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher and Peter D. O'Bryan. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Recording Secretary <br />Maureen Gelfo. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:38 p.m. <br />14.A.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR MAY 22, 2007 <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by Chairman <br />Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of May 22, 2007, as written. <br />14.A.2. EMERGENCY SERVICES PROGRESS REPORT <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Davis, the Board unanimously accepted the Progress Report (as <br />presented on Pages 306-327 of the backup), as recommended in <br />the memorandum of June 12, 2007. <br />June 19, 2007 <br />E.S.D. <br />1 <br />
