HE EXPLAINED <br />THE FIRST PHASE WOULD BE OPENING IT UP FOR PUBLIC ACCESS, AS PER <br />GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATIONS INSTRUCTIONS, AND RECOMMENDED <br />THAT A SIGN BE INSTALLED AT THE ENTRANCE. NEXT, THEY WOULD GRADE <br />AND CLEAR ONE WALKWAY TO TIE IN TO THE EXISTING .CROSSWALK LOCATED DUE <br />EAST OF THE PEBBLE BEACH VILLAS CONDOMINIUMS, AND INSTALL A FENCE <br />AND SCREENING; THIS PROPERTY WOULD BE OPENED FOR PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS. <br />MR. MARSH REPORTED THAT NEXT THEY WOULD DEVELOP A NORTH WALKWAY AND <br />PUT UP A SMALL GAZEBO AND MAKE A PARKING AREA,.AND TRY TO DESIGN IT <br />SO THAT IT WOULD NOT CONFLICT WITH THE PHASE THREE OVERALL CULTURAL <br />PARK. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ABOUT THE FENCE AND WHETHER OR NOT THE <br />GATES WOULD BE CLOSED AT NIGHT. IT WAS DECIDED THAT SOME ADDITIONAL <br />HELP MIGHT BE NEEDED FOR THIS JOB BUT IN THE MEANTIME, OUR LITTER <br />OFFICER MIGHT DO THIS JOB. <br />COMMISSIONER Loy COMMENTED THAT SHE DID NOT ANTICIPATE <br />ANY PROBLEMS FROM THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES IN ERECTING A <br />FENCE AROUND THE POLISHING PLANT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />WODTKE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION N0. 80-13 WHICH EN- <br />COMPASSES THE FOUR POINTS OUTLINED IN THE MEMO OF .JANUARY 23, 1980. <br />1pm <br />
