HE THEN DISCUSSED AN APPEAL PROCEDURE <br />FOR AN APPLICANT WHO MIGHT FEEL DISSATISFIED WITH THE DECISION MADE <br />BY THE PLANNING & ZONING DEPARTMENT. <br />WERE NONE. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED PERTAINING TO THE SUGGESTED CHANGES. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO SPEAK. THERE <br />PN ,MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE N0, 80-2 WITH AMEND- <br />MENTS AS TO PARAGRAPH 2 (A) BY PROVIDING THE DRAINAGE REVIEW WILL <br />BE HANDLED AS PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN ORDINANCE; BY ADDING THE WORD <br />`INVOLVES° BEFORE THE SENTENCE IN PARAGRAPH 2 (D); AND BY AMENDING <br />SECTION 3 TO PROVIDE FOR AN APPEAL PROCEDURE ON A MINOR SITE PLAN <br />BASIS TO APPLICANTS WHOSE MINOR SITE PLAN HAD BEEN DISAPPROVED. <br />
