Wodtke, Jr. <br />Chairman <br />Dec. 23,1979. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS NOTED THAT THIS ORDINANCE IS CONSISTENT <br />WITH THE ONE PASSED LAST YEAR TO PROTECT STATE ROAD 60 AS A SCENIC <br />HIGHWAY, AND HE WAS HOPEFUL THAT THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND PLAN WOULD <br />PROVIDE FOR THIS ITEM SO THAT WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS ON A <br />YEARLY BASIS. <br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REVER AGREED THAT THERE WILL BE A <br />DESIGNATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND PLAN TO TAKE CARE OF STATE ROAD <br />60 AS WELL AS ALL OTHER MAJOR ROUTES TO THE CITY. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WAS ANY ONE PRESENT WHO WISHED <br />TO SPEAK. THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE N0. 80-1. <br />U�� <br />
