<br />Board would be starting up again for next year and requested the Board to approve the recommendations <br />set forth in his memorandum of June 12, 2006. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowden, the Board unanimously appointed <br />Commissioners Wesley Davis, Thomas Lowther and Gary <br />Wheeler to serve as members of the Value Adjustment Board; <br />Commissioners Neuberger and Bowden to serve as Alternates; <br />and, adopted Resolution 2006-093 appointing the 2006 Value <br />Adjustment Board members, and rejecting statutory per diem <br />compensation. <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 19, 2006 was an acceptable date for the Value Adjustment Board to meet. <br />Attorney Collins would coordinate a time with the School Board. <br /> <br />12.B.
