Street and being a part <br />of the right-of-way of 14th. Avenue and 2nd. Street. <br />Based on a personal inspection of the subject tract and a review <br />of sales of lots located in the vicinity of the subject tract, <br />it is my opinion that the subject tract warrants a fair market <br />value, as of January 10, 1980, of: <br />FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. HE CONTINUED THAT WE MUST HAVE A LEGAL DESCRIPTION PREPARED <br />BY A SURVEYOR. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COM- <br />MISSIONER Loy, TO AUTHORIZE ADVERTISEMENT OFA.PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />THIS SPECIFIC PARCEL OF LAND, FOR WHICH IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THERE <br />IS NO COUNTY NEED NOW OR IN THE FUTURE, BASED UPON THE APPROVAL OF <br />THE $4,000 APPRAISAL FIGURE, AND.SUBSEQUENT TO RECEIPT OF A LEGAL <br />DESCRIPTION PREPARED BY A SURVEYOR, THE COST TO BE BORNE BY THE <br />PURCHASER. <br />FEB 0190 9 .4 B. <br />
