8.H. ACCEPTANCE OF CHANGE ORDER #1 TO PHASE I ENERGY PERFORMANCE <br />CONTRACT WITH FPL ENERGY SERVICES AND REVISED ENERGY SAVINGS <br />GUARANTEE <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />approved: (1) Change Order No. 1 to the Phase I Energy <br />Savings Contract with FPL Energy Services, Inc., in the <br />amount of $152,539, with the revised contract amount to <br />become $839,328; $839,935; and (2) authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the revised Energy Savings <br />Guarantee, as recommended in the memorandum of June <br />15, 2009. <br />CHANGE ORDER IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.1. RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION, 66TH AVENUE PROJECT # 0370, 6630 49TH <br />STREET, VERO BEACH, FL 32967 (LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 49TH <br />STREET WEST OF 66TH AVENUE), OWNER: RICHARD L. GALLAGHER, JR. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />approved Option 1, the purchase of the needed right-of- <br />way located at 6630 49th Street, at a price of $25,461, and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Purchase and Sale <br />Agreement with Richard L.
