Chairman Davis did not know if a cost savings would result by having a staff member <br />provide the labor on a compensatory time (comp time) basis, rather than on overtime. <br />The Board Consensus was to direct the County Administrator to return before the next <br />fiscal year, with a policy on donating equipment to non -profits. <br />Chairman Davis confirmed with Vice Chairman Flescher that his Motion was to approve <br />Mr. Stutzke's request for the donation of bleachers to the Dollars for Scholars. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Board waived the <br />standard rental fees for the use of three sets of County <br />bleachers for the Dollars for Scholars Kick -Off Classic <br />scheduled for August 28, 2009, as requested in the letter <br />submitted by E.
