Attorney Collins pointed out that putting the sidewalks in prior to construction might <br />lead to an unhappy situation for the residents who might end up replacing damaged sidewalks. <br />The Board and staff discussed at what point the responsibility for repairing <br />damaged sidewalks would become the homeowner's responsibility. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Board denied the <br />request for a sidewalk extension for an additional two <br />years (to February 21, 2010) and desired to have the <br />developer, Suntree Partners and HMM, Inc., proceed with <br />the construction of the sidewalks. <br />B.L.
