Siebert, Jr. <br />Chairman <br />Feb. 1, 8, 1980. <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR THOMAS EXPLAINED THE <br />CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING THE HILLCREST SUBDIVISION PROPERTY. HE <br />STATED THAT MR. STREETER BOUGHT THE PROPERTY FROM MR. HOPWOOD SEVERAL <br />YEARS AGO AND, IN TURN, MR. HOPWOOD DID NOT PAY THE TAXES, AND THE <br />COUNTY FORECLOSED. MR. THOMAS STATED THAT MR. HOPWOOD CONTINUED TO <br />ACCEPT MONEY FROM MR. STREETER, THEN GAVE HIM -A DEED FOR THE PROPERTY <br />NOW OWNED BY THE COUNTY, MR.
