MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMIS- <br />SIONER LOY�THAT THE BOARD ADOPT RESOLUTION N0. 80-21 GIVING'LOCAL <br />APPROVAL TO THE APPLICANT FOR THE PROJECT, AS OUTLINED IN THE MEMO <br />DATED JANUARY 16, 1980 FROM THE DER; THAT THE BIOLOGICAL SURVEY, <br />AND THE LETTER FROM THE DER DATED JANUARY 24, 1980 HAVING BEEN <br />PREVIOUSLY READ INTO THE RECORD, AS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO SECTION <br />253.124(2) OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES, ARE ACCEPTED,' AND AUTHORIZE THE <br />SIGNATURE OF THE CHAIRMAN. <br />PLANNER REVER POINTED OUT THAT THERE MIGHT BE AN ERODING <br />SHORE LINE, AND AT THE TIME A PERMIT IS ISSUED, HE SUGGESTED THERE <br />SHOULD BE A GUARANTEE FROM THE PERSON DOING THE JOB. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ABOUT THE INSPECTIONS AND THE DRAWINGS <br />FOR THE PROJECT. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS WANTED TO BE SURE THAT THE APPLICATION <br />INCLUDES A PROPER ENGINEERING DRAWING AND THEN ASKED THE PLANNER TO <br />LOOK INTO THE SITUATION TO BE SURE THE COUNTY IS ADEQUATELY COVERED, <br />NOT ONLY NOW BUT ALSO IN THE FUTURE, AND THAT THE PROJECT IS PROPERLY <br />DRAWN AND ENGINEERED. <br />PLANNER REVER COMMENTED THAT HE WOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION.
