600K �� PACE t$4 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 80-6 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent <br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant <br />thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which <br />parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />- 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The east 660 feet measured perpendicular from <br />the west right-of-way line of Old Dixie Highway <br />of that part of the South h of the South h of <br />the SE4 of the NEk of Section 7, Township 31 <br />South, Range 39 East, lying West of the Florida <br />East Coast Railroad and Old Dixie Highway, said <br />land lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida <br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial District <br />to R-lRM Residence -Mobile Home District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect February 25, 1980. <br />
