County has sufficient reserves and is economically <br />in good shape. His financial models will be given <br />to staff for their use. <br />Chairman Ginn gave a brief summary of the <br />work the Utilities Advisory Committee had done <br />on the Master Plan. It was gone over in depth. <br />She pointed out that the County will be okay with <br />the Class I Landfill until the year 2058 and with C <br />& D until 2088. The new cell should be opened <br />by 2004.
