7.L. FOURTH OF .JULY FIREWORKS FUNDING MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET <br />AMENDMENT 019 <br />Commissioner O'Bryan was not sure it was appropriate to spend money on <br />non-essential services/projects at this time, given the fact we are cutting budgets and possibly <br />eliminating jobs. <br />Commissioner Davis understood Commissioner O'Bryan's concerns but felt there <br />was a sense of pride in celebrating our Nation's Birthday and believed it would be money well <br />spent. Commissioner Flescher was in favor of having the celebrations put on by the County. Vice <br />Chair Bowden also wanted to see the celebrations go forward in the usual tradition. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2007-060, amending the Fiscal Year <br />2006-2007 Budget. <br />7.M. MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 020 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2007-061, amending the Fiscal Year <br />2006-2007 Budget. <br />7.N.
