He asked the Board to receive public input and <br />adopt the proposed ordinance with revisions as deemed necessary. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing. <br />There were no speakers and the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 2007-015, amending Section 913.10.2, <br />maintenance security, of the Indian River County Code; <br />providing for codification; providing for severability; and <br />providing for an effective date. <br />25 <br />June 5, 2007 <br />
