REQUEST FROM JOSEPH PALADIN TO DISCUSS <br />REQUIRED 25 FEET A OR B BUFFER YARDS BETWEEN <br />NEW SUBDIVISIONS ZONED RS-2, RS03, RS-6, OR RT-6 AND <br />ADJACENT SINGLE FAMILY ZONED PROPERTY (MOVED <br />FROM ITEM 9.B.2) <br />Joseph Paladin <br />, 730 Commerce Drive, Sebastian, discussed the pending <br />ordinance doctrine which has a significant impact on small parcels and single-family residents. <br />He wanted to pull the ordinance until the Growth Awareness Committee can incorporate the <br />ideas of the Landscape Advisory Committee (LAC), the Audubon Society and the Professional <br />Services Advisory Committee (PSAC). Later in the meeting staff confirmed the ordinance has <br />a significant impact on small parcels and asked the Board not to adopt the pending ordinance as <br />is. <br />Attorney Collins clarified the intent of this request is to delay enforcing the <br />ordinance until the committees have an opportunity to work on the language to accommodate <br />small parcels and single-family subdivisions. <br />June 7, 2005 28 <br /> <br />
