VERO, <br />L.L.C. <br /> <br />County Attorney Collins explained that these two cases are related to two rezoning <br />requests for properties southwest of the Outlet Mall. A settlement offer has been made in each <br />case and he requested that the Commissioners meet in a “shade” meeting to discuss the settlement <br />proposals. He requested the time be set for Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. so a court <br />reporter can be scheduled. <br />Commissioner Adams specified that she might be in Tallahassee and asked if she <br />might participate by telephone. County Attorney Collins believed that could be arranged. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Chairman Ginn, the Board unanimously approved an <br />attorney-client session on June 15, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. to <br />discuss a settlement proposal in the cases of Petrus Verus, <br />L.L.C. v Indian River County and S.K.
