<br /> June 8, 2004 <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />th <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, June 8, 2004. <br />Present were Caroline Ginn, Chairman; Arthur R. Neuberger, Vice Chairman; and <br />Commissioners Fran B. Adams, Thomas S. Lowther and Kenneth R. Macht. Also present were <br />Joseph A. Baird, County Administrator; William G. Collins, II, County Attorney; and Patricia <br />Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:38 a.m. <br /> <br />14.A.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES –MAY 4, 2004 <br /> <br /> The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of May 4, 2004. There were none. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Lowther, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes of the Meeting <br />of May 4, 2004, as written. <br /> <br />14.A.2.
