ORDINANCE NO. 80-9 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send. its Notice of Intent <br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 150' of the North 250' of the West 10.82 <br />acres of Tract 12, Section 1, Township 33 South, <br />Range 38 East, exclusive of rights-of-way, Indian <br />River Farms Co. Subd., Plat Book 2, Page 25, OR <br />Book 99, Page 21 <br />Be changed from R-3 Multiple Family District to <br />C-lA Commercial District, and <br />The North 660' of the West 10.82 acres of Tract 121 <br />Section 1, Township 33 South, Ranae 38 East, exclusive <br />of rights-of-way, Indian River Farms Co. Subd., <br />Plat Book 2, Page 25, OR Book 99, Page 21, less the <br />West 150' of the North 250' of said described property <br />Be changed from R-3 Multiple Family District to B-1 <br />Planned Business District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect March 10, 1980. <br />3 <br />M 2 , 4 <br />AR 51980 <br />
