MAR 51980 <br />Box 42 -PAGE 891 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-22 <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Revenue has received <br />requisitions for refunds pursuant to Florida Statutes <br />195.106; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That <br />the attached Requisitions for refunds of ad valorem taxes <br />approved by the Department of Revenue for the named parties <br />on each requisition are hereby approved for payment. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />20th day of February , 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />P <br />By <br />Willard W.
