E. COMMISSIONER PETER D. O'BRYAN <br />1. CONSIDERATION FOR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY TO APPLY FOR <br />NACO PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNT CARD PROGRAM <br />Commissioner O'Bryan informed the Board that as a member of NACo, we are <br />eligible to participate in a prescription discount card program that would cost the County nothing, <br />and would be open to all members of the County. He believed it would be a great benefit to the <br />County, and the County would not be required to administer this program. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner O'Bryan, <br />Seconded by Commissioner Davis, to instruct the County <br />Administrator to apply for the Discount Card Program <br />Attorney Collins said they may have to bring this back for contract approval after the <br />legal staff has reviewed it. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />2. AUTHORIZATION TO STAFF TO INITIATE CHANGES TO LDR <br />CHAPTER 910 TO AMEND CONCURRENCY REGULATIONS FOR <br />COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS <br />Commissioner O'Bryan reminded the Board of prior modifications to Chapter 910 <br />that dealt with road concurrency, and how projects could vest for traffic concurrency.
