July 10, 2007 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, July 10, 2007. <br />Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chairman Sandra L. Bowden, Commissioners <br />Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, and Peter D. O'Bryan. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins, II, and Deputy Clerk <br />Athena Adams. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 3:08 p.m. <br />14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING OF <br />OCTOBER 10, 2006 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of October 10, 2006. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved the Minutes of <br />the Meeting of October 10, 2006, as written and distributed. <br />July 10, 2007 <br />E.C.B. <br />1 <br />
