Filburn and Cathy Caudill <br />(Moravec) as unsafe and a nuisance and ordered the buildings <br />demolished with related debris removed from the property by a <br />private vendor approved through the standard bid procedures. <br />Approved and adopted Resolution # 2006-096 authorizing the <br />Building Official to report the County’s demolition and debris <br />removal cost for the said structures to the County Attorney for the <br /> <br />preparation and recording of a lien to be placed on the real <br />property of the owner of the demolished and unsafe structure for <br />the purpose of recovering the County’s cost. <br />Property owned by George & Phoebe Gipson is in compliance and <br />Mr. Johnny Roy Chambliss was given an additional 60 days to <br />come into compliance. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />11. <br />DEPARTMENTAL MATTERS (CONT’D.)
