General shall maintain <br />liability insurance during said period in an amount of $300,000/ <br />$500,000 showing Indian River County as an additional insured. <br />6. General, subject to approval by and in accordance <br />with requirements of the Florida Department of Transportation, <br />will construct a deceleration and an acceleration lane, should <br />one not presently exist, at Vero Highlands entrance where 20th <br />Place intersects U.S. 1. Said construction shall be commenced <br />within 60 days after approval by the Department of Transportation. <br />General shall proceed to obtain approval by the Department of <br />Transportation and completion of the project with due diligence. <br />7. General will record deed restrictions for Vero <br />Highlands which, in addition to other obligations, shall <br />obligate the Property Owners Association as follows: <br />(a) To establish a priority budget for purposes <br />of maintenance of the referenced landscaping. <br />(b) Maintain liability insurance in an amount of <br />no less than $300,000/500,000 for any injury re- <br />sulting out of said landscaping showing Indian River <br />County as an additional insured. <br />(c) Contain a provision prohibiting amendment of <br />said specific provisions without the specific <br />consent of Indian River County, <br />8. That as consideration for the aforesaid, Indian <br />River County agrees that it will permit -General to plant <br />trees, shrubs, bushes, and other landscaping within the <br />public right-of-way of Southwest 20th Place, as set forth more <br />specifically on Exhibit "A". <br />- 3 - <br />
