MAR 19 j980 - <br />0 <br />COMMISSIONER LOY EXPLAINED THAT ALL THE ELECTED OFFICIALS <br />UNANIMOUSLY AGREED WITH THE TWO SELECTIONS MADE BY THE AUDIT SELECTION <br />COMMITTEE AND WERE ANXIOUS FOR THE BOARD TO MOVE AHEAD WITH THE <br />NEGOTIATIONS. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DEESON, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED COMMISSIONER LOY, ATTORNEY <br />COLLINS, AND FINANCE OFFICER BARTON AS THE COMMITTEE TO NEGOTIATE <br />WITH THE TWO FIRMS RECOMMENDED BY THE SELECTION COMMITTEE IN THE <br />MEMO OF PARCH 12, 1980. <br />VICKY RENNA, PLANNING DEPARTMENT, GAVE A PRESENTATION AND <br />PROJECTED MAPS AND DRAWINGS IN REGARD TO TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF SUN <br />SWEPT VILLAGE SUBDIVISION AS REQUESTED BY EDWIN S. SCHMUCKER. SHE <br />ADVISED THAT THE SUBJECT PROPERTY CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY 6.9 ACRES <br />AND IS LOCATED 3-1/4 MILES NORTH OF WABASSO BEACH ROAD ON BOTH SIDES <br />OF AlA; THE EAST SIDE IS ZONED R-1, AND THE 14EST SIDE IS ZONED R-lAA. <br />THE BOARD THEN REVIEWED THE FOLLOWING MEMO FROM THE PLANNING <br />DIRECTOR DATED MARCH 12, 1980: <br />L1 <br />
