Commit a portion of the following described lands for the exclusive <br />use as future parking areas in order to assure future compliance <br />with "b" and "c" below. <br />Lot 1, North 2 of Lot 2 and Lots 3-11, Block 3, Booker T. Such parking improvements <br />shall accommodate all future parking needs as defined in paragraphs <br />"b" and "c" below. <br />b. Provide one hundred and four (104) additional off-street parking spaces <br />on County owned land within Block 6, Booker T. Washington Addition <br />Subdivision.
