<br />Cbunty receives an Occupancy permit for use of the new County Administration

<br />WHERFAS, the City of Vero Beach requests that the County be willing

<br />to eliminate all off-street parking when the existinq floor area is fully
<br />used or when the floor area is expanded , upon the condition that the City
<br />Council find that the said elimination of all on -street parking is required
<br />..based on support of traffic flow, parking and safety considerations.
