Administrator Baird thanked his staff and the Budget Department's staff for the work <br />they have done. <br />Chairman Wheeler remarked that this was one of the most cutting budgets he has seen in <br />the history of this County. He recognized Jim Granse, Joe Steiner, Frank Coffey and Bob <br />Johnson, for being watchdogs and advocates for the taxpayers, because they attend every budget <br />workshop and public hearing. He appreciated all the efforts they put in.
