There being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowden, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 2005-023 Amending Code Section <br />103.03.1. “Planning and Zoning Commission” to provide <br />each commissioner with the ability to appoint one member <br />and requiring that member to reside in the same district as <br />the Commissioner. <br /> <br />9.B.1.
