<br />granting an assignment of Franchise to
<br />Florida Atlantic Associates. Said assignment
<br />to affect the delivery of water'and sewer
<br />,service to the following described property in
<br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:

<br />Range 39 East; Tract 13, Section 31, Township
<br />32 South, Range 39 East; ALSO Tract 3 and the
<br />East 20 acres of Tract 6, and the North 528 feel
<br />of the East 10.265 acres of the West 20.53 acres
