Seibert, Chairman ,°- <br />�Jh,�s+qtr.✓' <br />Dear Commissioners: - --- <br />The Gifford Progressive Civic League is requesting to be placed <br />on the agenda of your next meeting, possibly the meeting.in <br />March 1980, or at your second meeting in the month. <br />The Civic League would like to discuss several matters of impor- <br />tance to the league and the citizenry of Gifford. Among the items <br />we plan to call to your attention are as follows: <br />1. The future of the Ciff ord Park <br />(What is needed and how you can help) our progress and <br />our goals. <br />2. The league is asking permission to lease the little <br />vacant building formerly used as the Urban Develop- <br />ment Office, with the understanding that the league <br />will be responsible for upkeep and utility bills. <br />.t, . The traffic light problerns in Gifford. <br />4. Speed limits along Nortlh Gifford. :Road during certain <br />hours. <br />5. Rumble strips for 43rd Avenin at South Gifford Road. <br />The league will be represented by President J.
