APR 91990 aeoK 43 PAGE 22-7 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-36 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, have been requested to release the lot line easements <br />on the south five (5) feet of Lot 1, and the north five (5) feet of <br />Lot 2, Block A, Oslo Park, Unit 2, according to the Plat of same <br />recorded in Plat Book 4, page 13, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of <br />Oslo Park, Unit 2, for public utility purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot line easements <br />in Oslo Park, Unit 2, shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The south five (5) feet of Lot 1; and the north five (5) feet <br />of Lot 2, Block A, Oslo Park, Unit 2, according to the Plat <br />of the same filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 4, at page <br />13. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements <br />hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing in the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 9th day of April , 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wright, Cl irk <br />
