He specified that the <br />County is not equipped for fund-raising and his office has no additional staff for use on this <br />project. <br />Commissioner Adams thanked the County and Director Frame for doing this <br />because Fellsmere could not. An old newspaper article reported the cost for this building was <br />$40,000. The challenge is to complete the restoration project for the future recreational use and <br />she agreed a dedicated project manager would be a good thing and that it should not be assigned to <br />Director Frame’s office. She recounted that State grants have been matched by donations from the <br />Frog Leg Festival.
