APR 2 3 19 90 BOOK 40 PAGE 330 <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE 80-18 GRANTING THE <br />REZONING TO R -2B REQUESTED BY MESSRS. REUTER AND HATALA FOR THE <br />REASONS THAT THERE IS NO INCREASE IN DENSITY AND THE BELIEF THAT <br />THE -COUNTY WOULD HAVE BETTER CONTROL OVER THE QUALITY OF THE DEVELOP- <br />MENT. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 80-18 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held <br />a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest <br />and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Tract 3, Section 26, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, <br />LESS AND EXCEPTING 1.3 acres in N.E. corner, which will <br />remain in the original C-1 zoning. <br />North 2 of Tract 6, Section 26, Township 33 South, <br />Range 39 East, according to the last general plat of <br />land of the Indian River Farms Company <br />Be changed from R-1MP Mobile Home Park District to R -2B <br />Multiple Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect April 28, 1980. <br />
