APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR, THE DANELLA <br />COMPANIES, INC., AND RELEASE OF RETAINAGE <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner <br />Davis absent), the Board unanimously approved the total <br />labor cost of $363,558.84 for The Danella Companies, Inc. <br />and also approved Application for Payment No. 3 — Final as <br />final payment to The Danella Companies, Inc., in the <br />amount of $18,177.94, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of July 11, 2007. <br />7.S. AGREEMENT FOR THE DELEGATION OF RABIES CONTROL <br />RESPONSIBILITIES <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chair Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner <br />Davis absent), the Board unanimously approved and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Agreement with the <br />Indian River County Health Department for the Delegation <br />of Certain Rabies Control Responsibilities, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of July 17, 2007. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />July 24, 2007 13 <br />
