Mr. Crawford listed some of the site <br />improvements and asked for Board approval of this Grant. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chair Bowden, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner O'Bryan, for discussion, to <br />approve the Florida Recreation Development Assistance <br />Program Grant (FRDAP) and to authorize the County <br />Administrator or his designee to execute said Grant, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of July 10, 2007. <br />Chairman Wheeler wanted to know if the improvements included the large pavilion <br />that had been discussed in the past. Mr. Crawford explained that the plan was for an outdoor picnic <br />pavilion. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 4-0 <br />vote (Commissioners Davis absent), the Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />11.I. PUBLIC WORKS <br />11.1.1. RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD — MAIN RELIEF CANAL POLLUTION <br />CONTROL SYSTEM PROJECT NO. 0113, BID NO. 2007066 <br />Public Works Director Jim Davis presented this item to the Board by reviewing his <br />memorandum of July 13, 2007. The County had received four bids for the construction of the <br />Main Relief Canal Pollution Control System, which would be used to clean up the water from the <br />July 24, 2007 40 <br />
