Water Supply Master Plan, and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute same, as recommended in the memorandum of July <br />17, 2007. <br />WORK ORDER NO. 8 IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />11. .1.2. AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO WORK ORDER No. I WITH ECOTECH <br />CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />Utilities Director Erik Olson explained that this Amendment would allow more <br />biodiversity studies to be done to define additional characteristics of the existing flora and fauna, <br />and to establish the criteria for future monitoring. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chair Bowden for discussion, to <br />approve staff's recommendation. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan asked Director Olson if this project could begin now. <br />Director Olson replied that there were two permits related to the project; the Department of <br />Environmental Protection (DEP) had completed the first, and the second would be completed this <br />week. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a 4-0 <br />vote (Commissioner Davis absent), the Motion CARRIED <br />unanimously. The Board authorized the Chairman to <br />Execute Amendment No. 4 to Work Order Number 1, in the <br />July 24, 2007 52 <br />
