July 24, 2007 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, July 24, 2007. <br />Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chair Sandra L. Bowden, and Commissioners <br />Joseph E. Flescher, and Peter D. O'Bryan. Wesley S. Davis was absent. Also present were <br />County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy <br />Clerk Maureen Gelfo. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 2:03 p.m. <br />14. C.1. REPORT OF ACTIVITIES DURING SECOND QUARTER (APRIL THROUGH <br />JUNE, 2007) <br />July 24, 2007 <br />E.C.B. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Chairman Wheeler, by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Davis <br />absent), the Board unanimously approved the Report of <br />Activities for the second quarter, as written and presented, <br />and as recommended in the memorandum of July 12, <br />2007. <br />1 <br />
