July 24, 2007 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the <br />County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, July 24, <br />2007. Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chair Sandra L. Bowden, Commissioners <br />Joseph E. Flescher and Peter D. O'Bryan. Commissioner Wesley S. Davis was absent. Also <br />present were County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and <br />Deputy Clerk Maureen Gelfo. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 1:55 p.m. <br />14.B. 1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES -REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 19, 2007 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of June 19, 2007. There were none. <br />July 24, 2007 <br />S.W.D.D. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Chairman Wheeler, the Board, by a 4-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Davis absent), unanimously approved the <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 19, 2007, as <br />written and distributed. <br />1 <br />
