<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />July 3, 2001 <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD <br /> <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board met at the <br />County Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida on Tuesday, July 3, <br />2001, at 10:58 a.m. Present were Caroline D. Ginn, Chairman; Ruth M. Stanbridge, <br />Vice Chairman; Kenneth R. Macht; John W. Tippin; and Fran B. Adams. Also present <br />were James Chandler, County Administrator; Paul G. Bangel, County Attorney; and <br />Patricia "PJ" Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />14.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MAY 1, 2001 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of May 1, 2001.
