The applicant owns the property on both sides of the right-of-way <br />and the property will be divided equally between the adjoining properties. All agencies involved <br />with the use of the right-of-way have now been contacted and staff is recommending <br />abandonment, retaining a 20-foot easement along the centerline of the road for drainage and <br />utilities. <br /> <br /> The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard with <br />regard to this matter. <br /> <br />Dee Brown <br /> thanked the Board and staff for their help. <br /> <br /> The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard regarding this matter.
