Director Boling recapped his Memorandum dated August 11, 2009, and asked the Board <br />to consider the proposed changes to the sidewalk requirements, provide input on the revisions to <br />the draft, and direct staff to prepare an Emergency Ordinance for adoption at the September 8, <br />2009 Board of County Commission Meeting. <br />Staff responded to Board questions regarding internal sidewalks. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner O'Bryan, <br />SECONDED by Chairman Davis, to direct staff to: <br />(1) make necessary revisions to the draft changes that the <br />Board feels necessary, and (2) coordinate with the County <br />Attorney to draft an emergency Ordinance for adoption at <br />the September 8, 2009 Board of County Commission <br />Meeting. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan thanked the individuals involved in the project, and felt the 90% <br />rule was a fair compromise. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Board directed staff to: <br />(1) make necessary revisions to the draft changes that the <br />Board feels necessary, and (2) coordinate with the County <br />Attorney to draft an emergency Ordinance for adoption at <br />the September 8, 2009 Board of County Commission <br />Meeting, as recommended in the memorandum of August <br />11, 2009. <br />12.B.
