BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />August 18, 2009 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board District met at the <br />County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, August 18, <br />2009. Present were Chairman Wesley S. Davis, Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher, and <br />Commissioners Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, Senior Assistant County Attorney Marian Fell, and Deputy Clerk <br />Leona Allen. <br />Chairman Davis called the meeting to order at 12:31 p.m. <br />15. C:1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES MEETING OF MAY 5, 2009 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of May 5, 2009. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 5, 2009, as <br />written. <br />August 18, 2009 1 <br />ECB <br />
