She <br />saw no reason to increase that buffer. <br />With regard to the $650,000, County Attorney Collins advised we would have to <br />re-advertise and make the $650,000 part of the agreement. <br />Bruce Barkett, <br />attorney representing Windsor Properties, gave the history on the <br />discussion with Sanderling and noted that the initial request from Sanderling was for sand on the <br />beach. Thus the offer of $650,000 which is no longer on the table. He asked the Commissioners to <br />act on the motion on the table. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried unanimously.
