MAY 2 1190 c� ��eey���++ <br />Ea01i�_ _ 4J - PdGE ilJU <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-45 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release the lot line easements on the south <br />three (3) feet of Lot 13; and the north three (3) feet of Lot 14, Block 2, <br />King's Music Lands, according to the Plat of same recorded in Plat Book 6, <br />page 17, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of King's <br />Music Lands for public utility purposes; -and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been submitted <br />in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot line easements in <br />King's Music Lands, shall be released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The south three (3) feet of Lot 13; and the north three (3) feet of <br />Lot 14, Block 2, Kings Music Lands according to the Plat of the same <br />filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian <br />River County, Florida, in Plat Book 6, at page 17. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they hereby are <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements <br />hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing in the <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />Thi s 21st day of May , 1980. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY: <br />Attest: <br />Freda Wri-ght, Cl eK <br />
