AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO LEASE dated the 21st day of May r <br />1980, by and between the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as "LESSOR", and <br />the SUNSHINE REHABILITATION CENTER OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, INC., <br />a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "LESSEE"; <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />That on the 20th day of February,_ 1980, the LESSOR and <br />the LESSEE entered into a Lease Agreement wherein the LESSEE <br />leased to the LESSOR the following described property: <br />Starting at the southwest corner of the South- <br />east 1/4 of Section 2, Township 33 South, Range <br />39 East, as designated on the last general plat <br />of lands of the Indian River Farms Company, filed <br />in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page <br />25; said land now lying and being in Indian River <br />County, Florida; run East along the North right of <br />way line of 16th Street a distance of 943.19 feet; <br />thence run North along the West right of way line <br />of 17th Avenue a distance of 463.5 feet, to a <br />point of beginning; thence run West parallel to <br />the North right of way line of 16th Street a dis- <br />tance of 250 feet; thence run North 245 feet; <br />thence run East 251.25 feet; thence run South <br />245 feet to the point of beginning. <br />LESSOR and LESSEE now agree to modify the legal description <br />above described and to incorporate the following new legal <br />description as the property which shall be the subject of the <br />Lease dated February 20, 1980. For valuable consideration the <br />parties agree that the amended legal description shall be as <br />follows: <br />M.AY 2 11980 <br />From the Southwest corner of the Southeast quarter <br />of Section 2, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, as <br />designated on the last general plat of lands of the <br />Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida <br />in Plat Book 2, page 25; said lands now lying and being <br />in Indian River County, Florida; run North along the <br />quarter section line 80 feet to a point on the North <br />right-of-way line of 16th Street; thence run East along <br />the North right-of-way line of 16th Street a distance of <br />943.19 feet, more or less to a point on the West right-of- <br />way line of 17th Avenue; thence run North along said right- <br />of-way line a distance of 463.5 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning of the parcel to be herein described; <br />thence run West parallel to the North right-of-way line <br />of 16th Street a distance of 250 feet ; thence North 245 <br />feet; thence East 251.25 feet, more or less to a point <br />on the aforesaid West right-of-way line of 17th Avenue; <br />thence run South along said right-of-way line 245 feet <br />to the Point of Beginning.
