There were no speakers and the <br />Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously <br />approved Ordinance No. 2005-029, amending Code <br />Section 101.09. “Disaster Emergency Plans” to provide <br />for the entry into private property during the time of a <br />declared emergency for the purpose of removing debris; <br />11 <br />AUGUST 23, 2005 <br /> <br />
