<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, has tentatively ap-
<br />proved the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />at the corner of State Route. No. 60 and Kings
<br />Highway, extending north to 26th Street
<br />(Walker Avenue) in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />The West 20 acres of Tract 4 in Section 4,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, subject to
<br />easement to Florida Power and Light Com-
<br />pany as recorded in Misc. Rec. 1, page 348,
<br />Indian River County, Florida, records; and
<br />The West 20 acres of Tract 5, in Section 4,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East, being also
<br />described as the West 20 acres of the SW 1/4 of
<br />the NW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 39 East. Subject to Easement to the
<br />State of Florida for right-of-way for public
<br />road purposes as shown in Deed Book 32, page
<br />340 and 341, Indian River County, Florida.
<br />ALL OF THE ABOVE LAND BEING ac-
<br />cording to the last general plat of lands filed by
<br />Indian River Farms Company in the office -of
<br />the Clerk of the -Circuit Court of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; said
<br />land now lying and being In Indian River
<br />County.

<br />C-1 Commercial District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />.Planning and Zoning Commission in the
<br />County Commission Room, Indian River
<br />County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on
<br />Thursday, April 10, 1980, at 7:30 P.M., after
<br />which said public hearing in relation thereto at
<br />which parties in interest and citizens shall
<br />have an opportunity to be heard will be held by
<br />the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, in the County Com-
<br />mission Room, Indian River County Cour-
<br />thouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday,
<br />June 4,1980, at 9:00 A.M.
