<br />NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN that ROBERT
<br />1 GALE has filed a petition with the Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, requesting said Board to
<br />adopt a resolution closing, vacating and
<br />abolishing a portion of the public roads, streets
<br />and rights-of-way shown on the plat of I NDIAN
<br />RIVER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 4, as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 86, Indian River
<br />County public records, as it pertains to the
<br />following described land situated in Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
<br />The platted right-of-way and traffic island
<br />located at the northeast corner of Block H as
<br />shown on said plat, at the intersection of 14th
<br />Avenue and 2nd Street, and contiguous to Lots
<br />1, 8 and 9, being legally described as follows:
<br />Parcel No. 1: From the Southeast corner of
<br />Lot 8, Block H, Indian River Heights, Unit No.
<br />4, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 86, run
<br />North along the East line of said Lot 8 a
<br />distance of 15.15 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Thence continue North a distance of 59.85 feet
<br />to a point, said point being the intersection of
<br />the Easterly projection of the North line of Lot
<br />8 and Northerly extension of the East line of
<br />said Lot 8; Thence run West along said
<br />Easterly projection a distance of 7.14 feet to
<br />the intersection of the curved right-of-way of
<br />.14th Avenue; Thence run Southeasterly along
<br />the arc of said curve being concave to the

<br />and point of beginning; Thence continue along.

<br />Lot 9 a distance of 7.14 feet; Thence run North
<br />along the Northerly projection of the West
<br />right-of-way of 14th Avenue a distance of 195.20
<br />feet to the intersection of the Easterly
<br />projection of the South right-of-way of 2nd
<br />Street: Thence run West along said Easterly

<br />to a point, said point being the intersection of
<br />the South right-of-way of 2nd Street and the
<br />Northerly projection of the West line of said
<br />Lot 9; Thence run South along said Northerly
<br />projection a distance of 32.86 feet to the in-
<br />tersection of a curve; Thence run
<br />Southeasterly along the arc of said curve being
<br />concave to the Southwest, and having a delta of
<br />47 degrees 08' 49" and a radius of 254.42, a
<br />distance of 209.35 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Parcel No. 3: From the Southeast corner of
<br />Lot 1, Block H, Indian River Heights, Unit No.
<br />4, as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 86, Indian
<br />River County .Public Records, run North along
<br />the East line of said Lot 1 a distance of 87.34
<br />feet to the intersection of a curve and point of
<br />beginning; Thence continue along the Nor-
<br />therly projection of said East line a distance of
<br />32.86 feet to a point, said point being on the
<br />intersection of the Easterly projection of the
<br />South right-of-way of 2nd Street; Thence run
<br />West along said Easterly projection of 2nd
<br />Street a distance of 124.3 feet to the point of
<br />tangency of a radial return and point of in-
<br />tersection of the following described curve;
<br />Thence run Southwest and having a delta angle
<br />of 29 degrees 20'40", and a radius of 254.42 feet,
<br />a distance of 130.30 feet to the point of begin-
<br />ning;
<br />and requesting said Board to renounce and
<br />disclaim any right of said County for the public
<br />in and to the above discribed public roads,
<br />streets and rights-of-way as delineated on said
<br />recorded plat.
<br />Said Board will hold a public hearing thereon
<br />at 10:00 A.M. on the 4th of June, 1980, in the
<br />City Council Chambers, City Hall, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida.
<br />Persons interested may appear and be heard
<br />at that time.
