I'NDi IAN RIVER COL':+TY OI'.DIi.A.,CE ;0. 80-28 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEN'DI:;G INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />ORDIl7A1NCE NO. 71-3, SECTIOv' 23 (d) , VIOLATIONS <br />AND PENALTIES BY PROVIDING FOR A NEW SUBSECTION <br />FOR VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, that Indian River County Ordinance No. 71-3, Section <br />28 (d), which previously read: <br />Section 28, Legal Provisions <br />(d) Violations and Penalties. <br />"Any person, firm or corporation, or anyone <br />in behalf thereof, who shall violate or fail to <br />comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable as <br />provided by law. Each day after the first seven <br />(7) days that a violation of this ordinance is <br />continued or permitted to exist without correction <br />shall constitute a separate offense. The Board <br />of County Commissioners may enforce the provisions <br />of this zoning ordinance by seeking injunctive <br />relief or any other remedies provided by law." <br />Indian River County Ordinance 71-3, Section 28 (d) is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />Section 28, Legal Provisions <br />(d) Violations and Penalties. <br />"Any person, firm or corporation, or anyone acting <br />in behalf thereof, who shall violate or fail to <br />comply with any of the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 71-3, as amended, shall upon conviction be <br />punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00. The <br />Board of County Commissioners may enforce the <br />provisions of this zoning ordinance by seeking <br />injunctive relief, or any other remedies provided <br />by law." <br />This Ordinance shall take effect June 9, 1980. <br />JUN 41900.0 <br />BOOK %`Ac <br />63 7 <br />
